As you can see I am very quick with the MyChog stuff. Thank you for the wishes of love and prayers.  We are in a season in which we need these more than ever.  Blessings!

John has been done for a number of years but is still here in Camrose.  Then there was an interim, then Donnalyn Froese and now we are back to an interim situation.  The school still struggles but we are working hard to bring it around.  We have an excellent staff/faculty team and we seem to be making a little bit of progress each day.  God is Good and his people generous.  Prayer is our most valuable resource.

I was a student at Gardner from 1982-1985.  I finised at a seminary in Edmonton when my wife and I got married.  We met at Gardner.  I have pastored in Western Canada since graduateing in Athabasca and Drayton Valley, Alberta and in Castlegar,BC.  I have been at the college for the past four years.  The last 3 years I have been the Academic Dean and I am now Dean and interim President as our President resigned a couple months ago.

In May I will lead my second team to Haiti to do some building and hope to start paving the way to do some leadership development with pastors in Haiti.

We have three children one in University.

Aaaahhh yes, I know Arthur well. I had an accident with a scaffold while bldg in 3Rivers in '85 that caused deterioration in lower back and results in scoliolsis. The way I grunt and groan, you'd think I was getting old; I'll only be 84 in May, but it has been a longtime since those days in the dining hall at Camp Powers in the Piney Woods. I didn't have the info you wanted; Rhodell could give you the most accurate. I know there is a good black church in Ypsilanti that Fred Davis built (350) and Theron Kersey now pastors (ex cop, good guy). There were 2 in Ann Arbor but I don't know if either is still going....

Try as I will, Floyd, I don't get back to MyCHOG very often. You asked about Ann Arbor. Not sure how current this is (I'm a little out of touch) but try Rhodell.C.Valentine@worldnet.att.net. Otherwise check www.choginmi.org for most up to date. Hope you are well. We struggle with Tommie's health and economics but hang in there and enjoy worship at N Ave with J Sparks. I saw your Flowhite which reminded me of what the kids called me in the islands: White Cotton ... hope this helps and glad to hear from you ...
